About the event
Warrior Sanctuary is entered into this years 2022 Onslow County Veterans Day Parade on November 5, 2022. We will have a truck pulled float and goodies to hand out as we walk/ride down Western Boulevard in Jacksonville; to show gratitude and honor to the Veterans in our community! Join us for this Veteran engagement event!
All participants intending to walk with Warrior Sanctuary should meet at 362 Waters Road between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. Please be on time as we will drive as a group to the North Entrance of Coastal Carolina Community College, near Smoothie King. Arrival to the college is no later than 8:30 AM in the RED LOT.
This event is for our Veterans, however, spouses and families may attend too. All parents will be responsible for thier own children along the parade route. Please keep in mind, there is a long wait period between the arrival and start of the parade; and it is a long walk down Western Blvd. If you can't make it, we would love to see you cheering from the sidelines!
